These Terms govern your use of loveyourglutes.com and the services provided by Love Your Glutes (“we,” “us,” “our”), a private EMS glute-training studio in Phoenix, Arizona. By booking a session or using our website, you agree to these Terms.
Our services
Love Your Glutes offers one-on-one neuromuscular (EMS) training sessions using the FDA-cleared Neubie device, by appointment, in a private Phoenix studio. Sessions, programs, and pricing are described on our website and may change over time.
Booking, payment & pricing
Sessions are booked and paid through our scheduling and payment providers (Calendly and Stripe). The trial session is $50. Program pricing, including any founding-member rates, is shown on our website at the time of booking. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change for future bookings.
Cancellations & rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us as much notice as possible so we can offer the slot to someone else. [Insert your specific cancellation/notice window and any fees here.]
The guarantee
Trial: If you complete your $50 trial session and don’t feel a difference, you pay nothing — we’ll refund it.
Completion Guarantee: If you complete all 16 weeks of the program as designed — attending every session and following the program — and do not see a noticeable change, you may request a full refund. Eligibility requires completing the program as described.

Health & safety disclaimer
Love Your Glutes provides fitness and wellness services, not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The Neubie is an FDA-cleared neuromuscular electrical stimulation device. Before beginning any new fitness program, you should consult your physician, especially if you are pregnant or may be pregnant, have a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device, epilepsy, heart conditions, or any medical condition. You participate voluntarily and assume the inherent risks of physical exercise. Please disclose relevant health information before your first session.
